Privacy Policy for Reckonry Timer for Karbon

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Reckonry Timer for Karbon ("the extension") is published by Navica LLC. This policy explains what the extension handles and what it does not.

What the extension handles

To start, pause, and switch your Karbon timer, the extension reads and stores a small amount of information in your browser:

The extension also observes the Karbon web app's own requests to learn your timer state, and it adds short notes to your time entries when it pauses or resumes a timer.

Where your information goes

Everything above is stored only in your browser, using Chrome's extension storage. Timer actions and notes are sent only to Karbon, using your existing Karbon sign-in, so Karbon can record your time.

The extension does not send your information to Navica LLC or to anyone else. It has no analytics, tracking, or advertising, and it does not sell or share your data.

Feedback

If you choose to send feedback, the extension opens a Google Form from Navica LLC in a new tab. The extension fills in only the extension version and which settings are turned on. You can review, edit, or clear them before you submit. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form.

The form asks for your email address only if you'd like a reply, and it is optional. If you give it, Navica LLC uses it only to reply to you. Google processes form responses under Google's privacy policy.

If you'd rather write, you can choose to email us instead. That opens an email in your own email app with the same version and settings filled in.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser. Time entries and notes saved in Karbon stay in Karbon.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
